The Speech Therapist

  KIDZ SPEECH & BEYOND, PLLC was created to provide efficient and effective speech therapy to children in their natural environment. The primary objective of therapy is to address the concerns of the family while targeting the child’s overall needs. Therapists will work closely with the family to ensure adequate training of the child‘s goals as well as monitor the family’s questions or comments. 

    LAKAJAI H. HARRIS is a licensed and

certified speech language pathologist by the State of North Carolina and the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She received her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Appalachian State University in December 1998. Over the past 20 years she has worked as a speech therapy with children in Cumberland, Hoke, Lenoir, Greene, Martin, Hyde and Beaufort Counties.
